Pat is an accomplished leader with over 25 years experience in multinational ICT organisations delivering projects through multi function, multi location teams.

He has a proven track record in Program and Project Management, New Product Development, Operations Management, Business planning and Product launch into markets in Europe, North America and Asia.

He has worked in Senior Management roles with Avaya and Nortel in Ireland and Australia and now with Wood Group in Galway leading and managing project teams to plan, develop and deliver new software applications and systems for global markets.

He has also managed Product Management and Customer Operations teams, Channel Partner distribution networks and has set up and managed new manufacturing operations and test facilities in Ireland and overseas.

His background and experience in Project Management, New Product Development, Business Planning and Product launch can be applied to Start-Ups or SMEs looking to expand their current operations.
