Padraig’s experience:

Padraig has 40 years of experience working in the banking sector. Much of this time was aa a Senior Lending Manager for two Irish Banks. He is widely experienced in terms of project finance and dealing with debt resolution. He set up his own business in 2004 which involved brokering commercial applications to Banks. He was, in effect, in the space between the borrower and the banker. This business was very successful until the banks ran out of the raw material… money! His approach is pragmatic, honest and direct. He believes Mentoring must involve a tight appropriate relevant fit between the Mentor and Mentee.
