Liam’s Experience:
I was Finance Director for Nortel Networks Ireland from 1998 until 2005 then headed SCCUL Enterprises until December 2014. In that capacity I worked with St. Columba’s Credit Union in the development of the charity to develop and promote enterprise in Galway City. Projects completed include Ballybane Neighbourhood Village and the building and established of the Ballybane Enterprise Centre. The Enterprises Centre has 15 business units, a shared office facility, a psychotherapy suite and a conference centre with catering facilities. I also innaugrated the SCCUL Enterprise Awards, the SCCUL Mentors Programme, the SCCUL Sanctuary and the SCCUL Choir Factor.
