John O’Carroll is the Managing Director of Zehnacker Ireland. He has 35 years’ experience in the healthcare, food production, education sectors and applied R&D management. In the health sector, he has worked on both a consultative and delivery basis with the HSE and multiple individual private hospitals. He has extensive experience of working in numerous countries, principally Ireland, Great Britian, Croatia and Germany, and brings invaluable knowledge to any organisation interested in change management or project development. As CEO of Zehnacker Ireland Healthcare; a subsidiary of one of Germany’s leading Healthcare organisation, he has managed and developed services to hospitals, both private and public.

During his career he served his country on a State board and in concert with 5 other directors delivered major changes to the organisation. In this role he was involved in the implementation of significant Capital Programmes including relocation of State laboratories from Dublin. Recently, he was acting CEO of a Passive build housing estate in the West of Ireland, from planning to completion. (Oceanview4U)
