Joe estabilished his business at the end of 2002 and the areas of specialisation are Development Coaching, Mentoring and HR Management. To date typical work with clients has focused on areas such as: provision of advice and recommendations to management on HR and people related issues, individual one-on-one coaching and mentoring primarily to Management level staff, organisational conflict mediation, career/transition Support/Outplacement support coaching, HR system review, development and implementation, change management including Organisational Restructuring, Performance Management systems development and implementation, Management Development Training, Psychometric profiling as part of staff recruitment and selection, Personal Development Coaching and Coach Supervision. Prior to forming own consultancy company Joe had over 17 years experience in HR roles up to and including HR director level.
