Jim’s experience:
Jim is an accountant and business advisor specialising in the areas of Business Planning, Growth and Profit Optimisation and in Process Improvement and Waste Reduction. A graduate in Civil Engineering from UCG, he went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. He has held senior positions with US multinationals in the Electronics and Medical Device sectors and has held multi-disciplinary projects in Process Improvement, System Selection and Implementation and in Business Development. In the late-90’s he switched career to business consultancy working with a Network Associates on Change and Business Process Improvement Projects for Corporate and Public Sector clients. He has designed and delivered custom Training Courses including Finance for non-Financial Managers, Customer Service, Recruitment, Project Management and Managing Poor Performers. For the past three years, Jim has been a member of Bank of Ireland’s Enterprise Builder Mentor Panel.
