Geraldine is a HR Specialist at STEP HR and Legal Services which she set up in 2006. She has over 25 years’ practical industry/business experience in SME’s and leading multi-national. Geraldine specializes in providing outsourced services to SME’s in the areas of Employment Legislation, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organizational Change Management, Mediation, Coaching and Psychometric/Occupational Profiling. Her work involves carrying out HR Audits, providing contracts of employment and employee handbook. She mediates on employee relations issues/complaints, designs and delivers customized training programmes for team development and one-to-one coaching. She lectures part-time at NUIG.
