Biography :

Dave holds an honors degree from NUIGalway for Electronic and Computer Engineering. While starting his career in Galway, spending 8 years in retail, growing the IT department to support a multinational expansion and implementing SAP ERP. Today he is the Global IT Operations Director for a multinational IT service company based in Dublin and working from home.

Over 14+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery management, Web Site Management & ERP implementation. Risk Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning. CRM, Security and Call Center Solutions. Management of global teams and working in matrix organisations.
Dave is a qualified Prince 2 Project manager with a passion for effective change, and a practical approach to real life problems.
