Colm’s experience:

Colm holds an Economics & Accounting degree and a Masters in Computer Science, both from Queens University Belfast. He has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector, working in both the Multinational sector and the Small Medium Enterprise sector in Ireland. Colm has held senior management positions at several companies and is currently a Senior Director with a large US multinational company in Galway. His specialisation is in increasing a company’s profitability by removing the operational inhibitors to growing revenues and reducing costs, through execution of process improvements and IT enablement. Colm has provided expertise and assistance to many small, local, start-up companies to help them get their business off the ground and operational. He has also experience in attracting investment from state bodies for Research & Development and in completing R&D Tax Credit claims.
