
Andrew Chapple
Andrew’s experience ranges from frontline to co-ordination to senior management roles in community led initiatives, youth organisations and issue specific services both nationally and internationally. Andrew Chappel has spent the last 20 years working in the NGO and charity fora and understands the challenges that these settings present, developing and delivering quality services that meet needs and having sound organisational governance to become a preferred provider.
Building trusting relationships at individual, community and business levels has become a central part of his practice. As a senior manager and leader, Andrew has skills that have been developed through understanding the interrelationships that present every day. Andrew believes the source of a successful business or career is understanding these relationships, particularly the relationship we have with ourselves and the need to develop supportive relationships based on mutual respect, trust and honesty.
Working in diverse systems has developed Andrew’s project planning and organisational development skills in using a variety of creative approaches to resource management, monitoring and evaluation, staff and personnel management and budget planning development, organisational policy and the need to be mindful of legislation, national guidelines and standards that underpin quality framework in the provision of services.
